Thanks for all the great info sent in about Level 3 Painting. The actual problem is that level 3 requires you to paint 2 colors! Sometimes Webkinz World™ accidently uses the same color over itself and you can't see it! If that happens, paint the background color, then put a smaller circle of the same color on top of it at a slower speed and you should pass! Hope they fix it soon!

Bugs Reported:

• Goober's Lab problems... seems to stop working after level 10 or 11.
• Problems renaming rooms today... seems like a lot of regular words are coming up as words not allowed.
• Be careful selling things to the W-Shop. If you accidently get kicked out of Webkinz World™ you lose your item.
• One of our community members [beeedy] spotted a cute little glitch on the Activities page. You can edit the title under the ad :)
• A few people mention being kicked out of Webkinz World™ every hour on the hour.
• A few of you have reported having pet birthdays, but not receiving any cake :( I hope they fix it and send all of you cake for the missed birthdays....
• A few of you that have reached level 3 on Kinzville Academy Painting class have said that exact matches don't score high enough! I have seen images of perfect matches to the sample only getting 7/13 ???
• A glitch with running in KinzVille Academy. Sometimes you see multiple images of your pet on the treadmill in different directions - and can't pass the level.

We are happy to announce that the Webkinz Pet of the Month program is underway! Webkinz Frogs are hopping with joy all throughout Webkinz World.

We have had a lot of questions about the program and would like to clear them up.

First, we had a problem when the program was first launched where some members did not receive their Pet of the Month Loot bag. This problem was fixed and most members who were affected got their prizes as normal. To ensure you receive yours, select your newly adopted Webkinz Frog, then log out, log in, and go to your Pet's Room.

If this does not solve your problem, do not worry, we will be running a script during our overnight maintenance (at 2 am EST, Oct. 3) to award the missing prizes directly to your dock. If you have not adopted your Pet of the Month yet, the problem has been completely fixed.
